New Delhi, July 16 (ANI): Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Saturday requested the Centre to grant 'Green Bonus' to hill states. During the inter-state council meeting held in the national capital earlier today, Singh said it will be a big incentive to the hill states. Earlier, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar raised the demand for special category status for Bihar at the meeting, saying that it is needed to bring the state out of backwardness.
