New Delhi, Aug 8 (ANI): Speaking on his appointment as the Governor of Bihar, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ram Nath Kovind said that he is 'happy' about getting a chance to serve the public of the poll-bound state. Obviously there will be a lot of commotion, but Bihar is prosperous historically and culturally. President Pranab Mukherjee appointed Ram Nath Kovind and Acharya Dev Vrat as the new Governors of Bihar and Himachal Pradesh respectively today.
