A spokesman of the State Government said here today that all the intending pilgrims for Haj 1436 (H)-2015 from the State can fill in their application form available with the respective Deputy Commissioners and with the State Haj Committee office Shimla at room no.104 Yojna Bhawan, H.P. Secretariat. The form can also be downloaded from the website of Haj Committee of India i.e. www.hajcommittee.com by 20th February, 2015.
The application form should also include passport valid at least upto 20th March, 2016 in original, bank receipt amounting to Rs. 300 (non-refundable) per person as processing fee in the bank account of HAJ COMMITTEE OF India’s Account No. 34532361460 in any State Bank of India Branch or HAJ COMMITTEE OF INDIA’s Account No. 318702010406010 in any Union Bank of India Branch (alongwith Branch Name, Branch code and Transaction ID (Bank Journal No.) Cancelled blank Bank cheque/ copy of first page of Bank passbook/certificate issued from Bank (including Name of Bank, Branch code, Name of Branch and IFS code), solemn declaration on plain paper (Reserved category-A: who completes 70 years or more as on 18th January, 2015, alongwith one companion will be registered under this category), applicants latest colour photograph of 3.5cm X 3.5 size having white background only and duly filled in medical screening and fitness certificate.
The other details are available on the application form itself and can be found on the Haj Committee of India website. Forms submitted after 20th February, 2015 would not be accepted by the State Haj Committee Office, he added.
