No expansion, reshuffle of council of ministers: HP CM

Shimla, Aug 4 (PTI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today ruled out any immediate expansion or reshuffle of council of ministers, saying the government was firm, united?and stable and would complete its term.
