Himachal high court issues notice to government and Shimla Municipal Corporation on unauthorized parking
A division bench comprising Chief Justice Mansoor Ahmad Mir and Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan passed these orders on a petition filed by one Dharam Pal Thakur of Panthaghati, Shimla.
