Fresh spell of snow in HP, cold wave conditions persist

Shimla, Jan 5 (PTI) Piercing cold wave conditions continued unabated in Himachal Pradesh today as tribal areas and other higher hills had fresh spell of snowfall while the mid and lower hills received moderate rains.
