"HC verdict on MLAs' interference undemocratic"

Shimla, Dec 24 (PTI) Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today said he did not agree with a recent Himachal High Court judgment that elected representatives should not interfere in transfers of employees, and termed it as "interference in functioning of a democratically-elected government".
