Oath administered to 173 newly enrolled advocates

Shimla, Oct 26 (PTI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today called upon the young lawyers to become instruments of social change saying they have been equipped with "legal education", to play multiple role in the society.
