HPCA has committed a fraud: Chief Minister

Shimla, Aug 21 : Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said Wednesday the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) headed by BJP MP Anurag Thakur had committed a fraud and faced cheating charges.
