Phone tapping row: Virbhadra blames predecessor, Dhumal denies

Shimla, March 12 (IANS) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh Tuesday accused his predecessor Prem Kumar Dhumal in the illegal mass tapping of phones of politicians and bureaucrats when he was heading the erstwhile BJP government. Dhumal refuted the charges.
